LRN Italy provides each LRN Authorised Centre with a dedicated management system and an exclusive private area, through which Centres can purchase exams, book examination sessions with just 5 working days’ notice, upload examination session data and receive transcripts (exam results) within just 10 working days.

An annual accreditation fee of €300.00 applies. In addition, the annual accreditation of at least one Examiner and one Invigilator is mandatory, at a cost of €130.00 each.

Section 10: International Provision

International centres are required to comply with and agree to the following as part of centre recognition:

English is the language of the qualification, delivery and assessment, except where the subject is another language, or where approval has specifically been given

All qualifications delivered and assessed in a language other than English must have an independent translator appointed to them. The nominated person should be on the British Council or Institute of Linguists’ register of translators or equivalent, and have previous experience in translation work in the language in question. There should be no close association with the centre which may compromise objectivity. All costs relating to translation requirements will be borne by the centre. LRN will require 100% of translated learner work for moderation purposes

A full review is mandatory after the first year of operation

Section 11: Declaration and sign off

Thank you for taking the time to complete this application. LRN will review its contents carefully and expects to respond to you within 14 working days (upon receipt of all information). LRN places a great deal of emphasis on the information contained within an application and uses this information to inform its decisions. If there are any inaccuracies within this application, LRN will discuss these with the centre (in the first instance). If information changes, post-submission but before LRN’s decision, you must inform LRN (via the enquiries mailbox – enquiries@lrnglobal.org) at the earliest opportunity.
